Important Information for Graduating Students
Congratulations to those that are in their final term of the program!
What you need to know:
- MBA students do not need to “Apply for Graduation” in Mosaic
- The Academic Advisement report in Mosaic is intended primarily for undergraduate students and does not apply to MBA students.
- Ensure that your address is always up to date in Mosaic as mail will be sent to your home address
- Keep this in mind if you are relocating before June
- Towards the end of the term, you will need to go into Mosaic to complete the “Graduation Information Online Form”
- System is currently set up for students graduating in November only
- Log into your Mosaic Student Center to ensure that your plan (specialization) is correct
- A General MBA does need to be declared
- If you see Year 1, Year 1 Co-op, Accelerated or if you wish to change your specialization, you need to submit an e-form to request a change
- Convocation ceremony will take place on June 14, 2022
- More information on Convocation can be found on the Office of the Registrar website
- Students that require a letter of completion, can email the request to askmba@mcmaster.ca after all final grades have been posted in Mosaic
- Be sure to include your student number and full name
- Plan a celebration with family and friends – you have worked hard and this is a major accomplishment!
