Student Open Circles: Mindfulness and Creativity | March 22

| March 17, 2022
Submitted by Annie Zhao for Student Open Circles

Join Student Open Circles to experience creativity as a mindfulness practice and grow your ability to bring mindfulness into your daily activities. Experience simple creative arts practices to destress and cultivate curiosity and focus. Create your own mandala as a focus for meditation. We’ll use a variety of media including music, visual, movement, and writing in a non-judging, respectful environment where no artistic experience or perceived skill is needed. Bring any of the following with you: paper, pen or pencil, and any markers, pencil crayons, crayons, paints, or pastels that you have available.
