Why is my course not showing up on Avenue to Learn?

If a course you have registered for on Mosaic is not yet appearing on your Avenue to Learn, please follow these steps:

  • Check your Mosaic to ensure that you are properly enrolled.
  • It takes two full business days from enrolling in Mosaic for the course to appear in your Avenue to Learn. If it has been less than two days since you enrolled, please continue to wait.
  • If you have confirmed that you are enrolled on Mosaic and more than two business days have passed, please contact the course instructor via your McMaster email. The course instructor’s contact information can be found on the course outline on the associated Faculty webpage. Please provide your full name and student number in your email.
