This program is for second-year undergraduate students who want to learn more about management consulting, explore what a career in consulting could look like, and connect with members of our Women at Bain Affinity Group.
Meet Bain’s CREW:
Bain’s Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW) program is a 1.5-day, in-person program held February 18 to 19 across Bain’s U.S. and Canada offices, designed to help undergraduate students explore a career in management consulting. Through interactive sessions, case discussions, and professional development workshops, you’ll hear firsthand from members of our Women at Bain affinity group about how they’ve built thriving careers at Bain — and gain the tools to start building yours. You’ll leave with sharper business and leadership skills, a stronger sense of what a consulting career could look like for you, and meaningful connections with members of our Women at Bain affinity group.
CREW Application Requirements:
The CREW program is for second-year (sophomore) students who will be completing a four-year undergraduate degree in the United States or Canada by winter 2028 or spring 2029 and have an interest in connecting with members of our Women at Bain affinity group.
