Reminder: 2024/2025 Course Registration open as of June 25

Course registration for the 2024/25 academic year opens on Tuesday, June 25 at 9:00 a.m. Please note that this applies to upper-year classes (i.e., not first year) only.

A tentative fall schedule is available on the MBA web site now, and the tentative Winter 2025 schedule will be posted no later than Friday, June 14.

Note: While we expect changes to be minimal, these schedules are subject to change based on instructor availability and course enrollment. Courses that do not meet minimum enrollment numbers will be subject to cancellation after August 1.

Helpful Tips:

• Do your research in advance and know which courses and sections you want to register in
• Make sure you have taken any listed prerequisite courses
• Have a back up plan
• Seats in all courses are available on a first come-first served basis and some courses may fill up early
• Check requirements for your specialization
• Check that your student account is up to date and you do not have a block on your registration

Get an Error Message?

• Read the message and if you need assistance, send one email to askmba@mcmaster.ca.
• Include your student number, the course number and section number, the term – Fall or Winter and a screenshot of the error message and wait for a response.
• Read the automated response you receive as we will use this tool to address common issues so you don’t need to wait for a personalized response.
• If your question is not addressed in the auto response, we will respond to you as soon as possible. Please do not send multiple emails as it will slow down our response.
