Celestica: Finance Graduate Development Program Info Session

Grow and advance your career in finance! Celestica’s Finance Graduate Development Program (FGDP) is an accelerated leadership program for new graduates.

Program Overview:

You’ll explore a variety of opportunities within Celestica Finance, gain hands-on experience, and develop critical leadership and business skills through three 12-month job rotations in key finance disciplines, such as financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, site operations, internal audit, and commercial finance.

Based in Toronto, Canada, the FGDP will help you build the skills and experience you need to thrive in senior finance leadership roles. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in professional development programs and networking events, and be supported by a dedicated program manager, peer partner, and executive mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be placed into a full-time finance role aligned with your skills, leadership qualities and development goals.
