CPD is hiring Career Mentors & Career Navigators for the 2026-2027 academic year!

Career Mentors work alongside the Student Services, Career and Professional Development (SS-CPD) team to support students in the BCom/IBH Internship and Co-op programs. In this role, you will provide peer advising, resume and cover letter reviews, mentorship, and administrative projects. Career Mentors also help support and facilitate professional development events, such as Internship Kick-Off, Internship Networking Night, and Fall Preview, to support students’ career readiness and recruitment success.

CPD Career Navigators increase awareness of CPD services and foster student engagement within the DeGroote community. In this role, you will manage CPD’s social media presence, provide peer-to-peer support, promote and assist with career events, collaborate with faculty, employers, and student partners, and support administrative projects. Through outreach, event planning, and innovative engagement strategies, Career Navigators help connect students with career development opportunities available.

• Career mentors: Final year BCom students eligible to apply.
• Career navigators: Level 2, 3, 4 or 5 BCom students eligible to apply.
