DeGroote Leadership Development Program 2025: Recruitment Begins | Mar 5

Are you a senior MBA with co-op or full-time MBA student graduating in December 2025 or April 2026? If so, and you’re eager to engage more with the DeGroote community, the DLDP program is the perfect opportunity for you!

The DeGroote MBA Recruitment and Admissions team is seeking passionate and talented leaders from both the MBA with co-op and full-time MBA programs to help support incoming students throughout their Fall transition—from onboarding to exams in December 2025. Additionally, they are looking for first- and second-year DeGroote ambassadors. If you are an MBA with co-op, full-time MBA, or accelerated MBA student interested in contributing to DeGroote’s recruitment efforts, this is your chance to make an impact.

As a DeGroote leader, you will develop your communication, leadership and mentorship skills while sharing your experiences with first-year students. You will also facilitate an environment of inclusion, collaboration and diversity during onboarding week as the new cohort begins their journey in Fall 2025.

Meanwhile, as a DeGroote ambassador, you will support potential applicants and admitted students to learn about the DeGroote MBA in course experience (academic, career, and extra-curricular), provide application support and onboarding or retention support.
