EY's 2026 Government and Public Sector Case Competition | July 24

Are you passionate about solving complex challenges that impact communities, governments and citizens? EY’s Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice helps public sector organizations leverage technology, innovation and new ways of working to improve citizen experiences, strengthen infrastructure, enhance security and deliver greater value to society.

We’re pleased to announce the 2026 EY Government and Public Sector Case Competition, an interactive half-day event where selected students will collaborate on a team-based case study, deliver presentations, and connect with EY Government and Public Sector consulting professionals.

To apply, please submit the following documents:

  • Resume (2-page max)
  • Transcript (unofficial acceptable)
  • 1-page dashboard (instructions below)
  • All applications should be in a single uploaded file with the file name “LastName_FirstName_EYGPSCaseCompetition.pdf”

Dashboard assignment instructions:

Help us understand what you find interesting about the government and public sector and why you would be a good fit for this case competition. Consider addressing:

  • A public sector issue, challenge, outcome, or area of impact that interests you
  • The values, motivations, or experiences that have influenced that interest
  • How your experiences, activities, and accomplishments have contributed to your perspective
  • The type of impact you hope to have through your career
  • Why you believe your interests, skills, and experiences align with consulting and professional services for government and public sector clients

  • Location: EY Tower, 100 Adelaide Street West, Toronto
  • Eligibility: 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate students interested in Government & Public Sector consulting
