Headspace Subscriptions: Sign-up today!

Headspace is an app that provides access to evidence-based meditation and mindfulness tools, mental health coaching, therapy, psychiatry and more. Headspace can help you create life-changing habits to support your mental health and find a healthier, happier you.

Students can sign up to receive access to our headspace account. Spots are limited and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. This will work on a borrowing system where you will be given full access to headspace for at least 1 week, and then the next person in line will be given access (if there is no one else waiting in the queue, your duration will be extended). Students will receive an email when they are granted access to the account. This is a great resource to learn how to practice meditation and mindfulness, manage your sleep, and reduce stress.
