What you need to know
The Faculty of Business does not grant transfer credit for Math or Business-related IB, AP, or GCE courses. Business 1 students are encouraged to enroll in all required courses while they await a transfer credit assessment.
Eligibility
- You must be registered in Business 1. Integrated Business and Humanities (IBH) students are not eligible for transfer credit.
- International Baccalaureate (IB) – a minimum score of 5 in Higher Level (HL) courses. Standard Level (SL) courses are not considered for transfer credit. Advanced Placement (AP) – a minimum score of 4 in acceptable courses. General Certificate of Education (GCE) – applicants with a minimum grade of C in Advanced Level subjects may be eligible for transfer credit which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Interested in a formal assessment? Complete this form and submit your score sheet by October 20th. If you are eligible for transfer credit, you will be emailed by a member of the Student Experience – Academic Team.
