Course registration for the 2026/27 academic year will open on June 23rd at 9:00 a.m.
A tentative course schedule for Fall 2026, Winter and Summer 2027 is available on the MBA website now.
Tip: Use the pull down menu at the top of the list to select the correct year and term.
Note we do not anticipate adding more courses to the schedule however, courses that do not meet minimum enrollment numbers will be subject to cancellation after August 1.
Students are expected to register in all academic terms. The Student Services Team will register you in any co-op work term courses. If you are a full time student, you should register in both Fall and Winter academic terms. If you are a co-op student who will be on work term in the fall, you should register in your winter courses on June 23. Part-time students should register in all 3 academic terms.
Helpful tips:
- Do your research in advance and know which courses and sections you want to register in.
- Make sure you have taken any listed prerequisite courses.
- Have a back up plan. Seats in all courses are available on a first come-first served bases and some courses may fill up early.
- Check requirements for your specialization.
- Check that your student account is up to date and you do not have a block on your registration.
- Use the step-by-step registration guide to register.
Get an Error Message? Read the message and if you need assistance send one email to askmba@mcmaster.ca. Include your student number, course number and section number, the term (Fall or Winter) and a screenshot of the error message. Read the automated response you receive as we will use this tool to address common issues. If your question is not addressed in the auto response, we will respond to you as soon as possible.
