KPMG: Core Consulting Skills Workshop - Apply by May 20

By the end of this course, participants should be better able to:

  • Apply a Fact Based Consulting approach to develop effective client solution(s)
  • Provide recommendations based on the best available evidence
  • Present proposed solutions using a structured communications approach
  • Utilize coaching, feedback and group dynamics to foster a high performing team
  • Embed innovation as a standard problem solving asset
  • Students will have an opportunity to network with their peers, learn more about the Management Consulting practice at KPMG and further develop their knowledge and approach to consulting engagements.

Details:

  • Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1
  • Time: 8:30a.m.-4:30 p.m. (both days)
  • Location:
    • Friday, May 31 – Ron Joyce Centre, Burlington ON
    • Saturday, June 1 – KPMG Toronto office, Toronto ON

**Students are responsible for their own transportation.
