This two-day blended program will be taught by members from KPMG’s Management Consulting practice, and will provide students the unique opportunity to establish and develop a set of core consulting skills and a common approach to service delivery used by practitioners in the industry.
Event details:
- Day 1: Friday, January 31 (RJC)
- Day 2: Saturday, February 1 (Toronto)
- It is built around three phases of the Fact Based Consulting Approach: frame the issue, analyze the fact and communicate solutions
- Participants will be given the opportunity to learn and apply relevant tools and techniques to learn how to work effectively within engagement teams and with clients
