Lime Connect: IBM Associates Mentorship Program

IBM is looking for passionate, original thinkers who want to drive progress, grow their network and further their careers. As an Associate, you’ll be part of client-facing teams as one part of 1 of 4 career tracks: Consultant, Developer, Designer, Data Scientist, to help businesses change the way they work.

What you need to know:

This mentorship program is for Lime Connect members in Canada who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Graduation date falls within the past 2 years
• Have an Associate’s Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree
• Have maximum 2 years of full-time, professional work experience
• Are within commuting distance of Toronto/Calgary/Ottawa/Montreal, with flexibility to travel 80-100% of the time
• Are eligible to work in Canada without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

The program commences on Tuesday, June 4 and runs for 4 consecutive weeks. It will consist of one-hour biweekly sessions, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 p.m.
