MBA Convocation Ceremony - June 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Convocation details about the ceremony, degree distribution and final transcripts are managed centrally at McMaster through the Office of the Registrar. Please continue to monitor the Convocation webpage for updates, as well as your McMaster email account. If you have any questions, please email convctn@mcmaster.ca.

While DeGroote Student Experience is not involved in the planning process, here is some information we can provide to help you:

• The MBA Convocation ceremony is on Friday, June 14 at 9:30 a.m. at the FirstOntario Centre Concert Hall (1 Summers Lane, Hamilton ON, L8P 4Y2) in downtown Hamilton.
• MBA Students DO NOT Apply for Graduation.
• You must complete the Graduation Center Online Form to confirm details for degree and order guest tickets for the ceremony. This will be made available in the coming months.
• Confirm that your mailing address is up-to-date in your Mosaic Student Center.
• The number of guest tickets available to each student is determined by the number of students that RSVP to the event. The Registrar’s Office will confirm the number of tickets and send them out to students in early June.
