McKinsey Student Leadership Awards

In celebration of tomorrow’s leaders and in a commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive future, we’ve created four awards to support talented students who identify as members of groups currently underrepresented in leadership roles.

Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a Canadian university with an anticipated graduation date in 2026 or later can apply by Sunday, September 29 for the opportunity to receive a six-month mentorship from a McKinsey Canada consultant in addition to a grant of up to $2,500 CAD.
