Beginning Thursday, October 1, MBA students will have access to a new application for booking collaborative rooms in the Ron Joyce Centre, called Workmate.
The DORC room booking application will be unavailable effective the same day – Thursday, October 1. Any future bookings you’ve made in DORC will remain in your calendar.
What is WorkMate?
- WorkMate is a simple, intuitive and modern web application for booking meeting and collaboration rooms. As an MBA student, you will be able to browse for available rooms in RJC, create and edit bookings and invite additional attendees.
How do I access the WorkMate application?
- The new application can be found here. Please bookmark this for now, and be aware that you will not be able to start using the application until Oct. 1. You can connect to the app using your McMaster credentials.
What happens to DORC after Oct. 1?
- DORC will become unavailable on Oct. 1, however any future bookings made through DORC will remain live in your calendar.
