The McLean Centre for Collaborative Discovery Catalyst Program is a paid work opportunity that gives DeGroote students an opportunity to lead, represent and have a lasting impact within the community.
With the opening of The McLean Centre for Collaborative Discovery quickly approaching, DeGroote’s Experiential Learning team (ELA) is excited to announce new positions available to Level III, IV and V Commerce and Integrated Business & Humanities (IBH) students.
These Catalyst Fellows will work alongside McLean Centre Hub Leads and the ELA team to design, customize and deliver student-centered programming in the new McLean Centre for Collaborative Discovery. You’ll bring authentic student perspectives into the McLean Centre’s development and help create experiences that respond to students’ academic, professional, and personal interests.

- Eligibility: Level III, IV or V Commerce and IBH students
- Positions Available: Eight
- Duration: September 2026 – April 2027
- Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
