How have I grown since March 2020? What have I learned about myself in the face of challenges?

  • Connect with others to celebrate new beginnings, grieve our losses, and reflect on what we’ve learned during this unique time in life and history.
  • Build on strengths and explore practices to soothe the nervous system and cope in healthy ways.
  • Experience guided self-compassion and mindfulness practices, ritual, reflection, and expressive arts experiences to deepen resilience, healing, and personal development.

Please note: To attend circles, review our Screening Checklist. If you are feeling unwell or had COVID-19/exposure, please do not attend. Exception: if you were sick within the last 10 days but your symptoms have improved for 2 days, you are welcome to attend if you wear a mask (masks available).
