What you need to do:

• Take the survey using this form.
  • This form is anonymous; if you wish to participate in the prize draw, please add your name and McMaster email at the end.
• Sign up for the focus group in the survey. There will be a prize draw for those filling out and adding their names to the survey, and another one for those participating in the focus group.
• Please note that this survey is tailored to Commerce students only.
• This survey is open until this Friday, March 8 (end of day)
