Student Experience Office - Summer Schedule

The Student Experience team is here to support you throughout your Summer term.

Please note that on Fridays for the weeks from May 13 to July 29, all Student Experience services will be delivered virtually. The Ron Joyce Centre continues to be open for your use of the facilities and collaboration rooms. Please check the website for building hours.

See below for our schedule from Monday, May 13 to Friday, August 2:

• Mondays – Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (in-person and virtual services)
• Fridays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (virtual services only)

The Student Experience office will continue to be closed on weekends and holidays. As always, any change to these hours will be communicated in advance.
