Join the Office of Community Engagement and the Equity-Based Co-Creation Hub
at an interactive workshop where university and community partners will work together to align your values, and create a road map for your partnered work, to inform your partnership agreement.
What participants can expect from this workshop: This 1-hour session will introduce participants to seven foundational principles of equity-based co-creation, with a particular focus on partnership development, trust-building, and shared accountability. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss readiness for co-creation, including the mindset shifts and preparatory work that support successful partnerships. Practical tools for establishing shared norms and expectations will be introduced, and participants will have opportunities to reflect on their own partnership contexts and stages of development.
