Dr. Lesage is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. She holds a PhD in Business Administration — Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, a Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion from Univerité Savoie Mont Blanc, France, and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Lesage's research sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, sustainability, and innovation, examining how firms and stakeholders navigate sustainability decisions. As a marketing researcher, she is committed to generating actionable insights for marketers, policymakers, and consumers. Dr. Lesage brings a wealth of industry experience to her research. She has over a decade of leadership experience in marketing management across the consumer packaged goods and food industries. In her previous roles, she has spearheaded innovation programs and sustainable product initiatives, leading global commercialization with full P&L ownership.
