Why DeGroote?

The DeGroote School of Business sets students up for success in the real business world. The quality of the professors, in-depth learnings, and students makes the experience at DeGroote extremely valuable during and after the program has been completed. In addition, I had also completed my Undergraduate studies at the DeGroote School of Business as well so I had a clear idea of what to expect and the quality of the education.

Why an MBA?

An MBA is a degree valued across the globe and provides professionals with an edge in the real business world. It offers a wide variety of advantages such as learning more about business, specializing in a field, starting your own company, exploring a career change, and best of all – networking with like-minded professionals.

What surprised you about DeGroote?

The school’s ability to adapt midst the unprecedented times that COVID-19 challenged us with was impeccable. The school quickly transitioned to virtual setting seamlessly and offered students flexibility in the workload and placed the mental health of students first.

What has been the highlight of your DeGroote experience so far?

I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting like-minded individuals from various industries, backgrounds, and skill sets. Despite being in a virtual environment, there is ample opportunity to network.
