Why DeGroote?
Brimming with enthusiasm, DeGroote has infectious school spirit. Because I knew leaving home after ages would be difficult, so I counted on school pride to bring me a sense of community and belonging. DeGroote’s vision of education with purpose and giving students opportunities to step out of their comfort zone motivated me to be a part of such community. The robust loyalty of DeGroote to the students captured my heart which made my decision even more clear.
Why an MBA?
“You won’t know its consequences unless you won’t attempt it.” This quote has left a deep impression on my mind and driven me to succeed personally and professionally. My reason of pursuing MBA was to gain substantial business knowledge to be a future business leader. I envisioned MBA would give me the skillset required for me to succeed personally and professionally and now I know when we say “You do MBA once once.” It truly is a lifetime experience to be a part of DeGroote learning experience.
What surprised you about DeGroote?
One surprising element I would say is the support and enthusiasm that CPD team and faculty have shown in students. The COVID-19 pandemic is something that none can expect, but even in these circumstances the way DeGroote team has responded has absolutely been surprising.
What piece of advice would you give to anyone considering doing their MBA at DeGroote?
“You do your MBA only once” – enjoy and grow while you are on this ride.
What has been the highlight of your DeGroote experience so far?
The highlight of my experience would honestly be “Everything.” Everything is an experience of its own, whether it is attending morning classes, having a team meeting with colleagues, or raising money for the needful, each moment was indeed beautiful and teaches you a lot more than you can imagine.

I have not missed a workout for over the last 140 days, even during COVID. Yes, it’s true
