What you need to know about Reflection Circles:
- They are a safe space for connecting with yourself and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through exploring mindfulness practice, creative expression and discussion.
- The circles usually have 5-8 participants, and you do NOT have to be part of Open Circle to participate
- Learn more about each type of Reflection Circle.
Winter circle times begin on January 8, 2025:
- Body Mind Spirit Circle: Wednesdays 3:30-4:20 p.m. (starting January 8)
- Mindfulness Circle: Thursdays 2:30-3:20 p.m. (starting January 9)
- Live Awake Circle: Fridays 2:30-3:20 p.m. (starting January 10)
