Temporary Pause in Academic Advising

May 13, 2025

Contributed by: Ericka Wagner

From May 7 to May 23, Academic Advisors across the University will be conducting formal reviews of all student records to confirm eligibility for program progression or graduation. During this period, Academic Advising services will be unavailable.

This review process is the top priority for the Registrar’s Office, and as a result, services offered by the Student Experience Academic Office will be limited. Once the review period concludes, academic standings will be updated on MOSAIC and Academic Advising will resume both virtually and in person.

Support during this time:

  • The Student Experience Team is available via email while the Academic Advisors are conducting the May Review
  • Check out the BCom FAQ page here
  • If you have a question about a grade from the winter term, please contact the course instructor and teaching assistant
