On-Time Registration for the 2025-2026 academic year opened June 24 and ended on August 1. We are now in the Late registration period which will continue until September 5.
Important details:
- If you are missing enrollment, please register for your courses ASAP as this is how the School of Graduate studies applies your tuition fees.
- Please note that late registration fees will only be applied to students who had the on-time registration window available and did not use it.
- This will not be applied to students who have holds on their record (Out of Time students, International Engineering students, students matriculated late and those with a financial hold).
- If you cannot enroll due to a hold on your student account, please complete and sign a “Request for Extension Form“. When the form is prepared, feel free to submit it to busphd@mcmaster.ca.
- If you fail to enroll, you will not retain the status of graduate student, will be withdrawn in good standing and must apply for re-admission if they wish at a later date to continue your studies as per section 2.5 of the SGS Calendar here.
