As Ontario’s premier life science pitch competition, Synapse is designed to help move innovative life science products and services out of the lab and into the market. This competition works by pairing up life science Innovators with business and entrepreneurship students to form teams, work together to create a commercialization plan, and pitch in front of hundreds of Life Science community members!
Important details:
- Applications open on September 29 and close on November 9
- They are mostly looking for:
- Upper-year college and university students
- Master’s-level or Ph.D. students
- Recent graduates
- Experience in business, engineering, science, or commercialization
- Interest in partnering with an innovator to help commercialize their idea
- What is really cool about this year is that all students receive a $250 honorarium just for participating!
