Meet the Faculty: Human Resources and Management with Yair Berson
Join us for a 45-minute virtual Lunch & Learn webinar featuring Yair Berson, Professor and Business Research Chair in Human Resources and Management at the DeGroote School of Business.
Dr. Berson will share insights into his research on leadership, including how leaders’ characteristics (such as values) and actions (such as visionary style) influence followers, teams, and organizational outcomes. His work draws on methods ranging from psychological and biological processes to broader organizational analysis, with a focus on the synchronizing effects of leadership. He is available to supervise PhD students in Human Resources and Management.
The session will conclude with an open Q&A, a great opportunity for prospective PhD candidates to learn more about research opportunities, the doctoral program at DeGroote, and what it’s like to work with Dr. Berson.
