Why DeGroote?
I graduated from the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program at McMaster where I firsthand experienced the resources and support provided to students. When it came to deciding where I wanted to do my masters, McMaster was the first and only choice because I knew what I would be getting myself into with the community and support to succeed.
What piece of advice would you give to anyone considering doing their MBA at DeGroote?
Take time to reflect on where you are in life and whether this is the right moment for an MBA. Come into the DeGroote program with clear goals, know what you want to gain from the experience as what you put in is what you get out, so be curious, proactive, and open to growth. Take full advantage of the opportunities available: Build your network at events, strengthen your soft and technical skills through case competitions and club involvement, and explore career paths through the three co-op terms. DeGroote offers the tools; it’s up to you to use them to shape your future.
