Dr. Rui Duan received her Ph.D. in Finance from York University. Her research focuses on sustainable finance, climate and biodiversity risks, green innovation, cybersecurity risks, customer–supplier networks, and corporate disclosure. Her work has been published in Management Science and the Journal of Empirical Finance. She serves on the review board of Corporate Governance: An International Review and is an active ad-hoc referee for several leading journals, including Management Science, the Journal of Corporate Finance, and the Journal of Business Ethics.
