Why DeGroote?
When I was considering MBA programs, I wanted more than just academics, a place where I could grow through real experiences and be part of a supportive community. Opportunities like co-op, GRIT Week, and hands-on projects meant I wouldn’t just be studying theory but applying it in meaningful ways. For me, DeGroote isn’t just where I’m earning my MBA, it’s where I’m building lasting connections that make the journey meaningful. It’s also become a space where I can try new directions, take risks, and discover more about myself as I grow both personally and professionally.
What piece of advice would you give to anyone considering doing their MBA at DeGroote?
My advice would be to approach the MBA with confidence and a willingness to embrace challenges without hesitation. Every new experience whether it’s a project, a case competition, or a leadership role, is an opportunity to push yourself and discover what you’re capable of. At DeGroote, stepping into those challenges not only strengthens your skills but also shapes your personality and builds resilience. The more open you are to trying, the more you’ll grow and realize just how much you can achieve.
