At DeGroote, I was welcomed into a diverse environment where different cultures, perspectives, and experiences are truly valued. This helped me connect more deeply with my own identity and build lasting friendships. DeGroote also embraces academic and professional diversity. Coming from a medical sciences background, I was nervous about entering an MBA program. But I quickly realized that DeGroote values what each student brings. Learning alongside peers from fields like engineering, finance, and the arts has taught me the power of collaboration and different ways of thinking.
