PepsiCo Kickstart Leadership Program

During the Kickstart Leadership Program, students will participate in a robust virtual leadership development program which will provide them with the opportunity to learn what a successful career in a CPG company looks like, provide them the tools to be the next best leader, and bridge the gap between theory learned in the classroom and practice in the corporate world. Upon completion of the program, students will be considered for an interview for a future co-op/internship.

PepsiCo will provide students with an inside look into the different business functions critical to the success of our business, network with PepsiCo Senior Leaders, be paired with a mentor, and meet professionals who will provide experiences designed to kickstart their professional career. Students will grow personally and professionally throughout the program, in preparation for the opportunity potentially interview & secure a future internship opportunity.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Kickstart Leadership Program, students must:

  • Students going into 2nd year starting September 2024
  • Pursuing a degree in business or engineering or related degree
  • Have a strong interest in a career in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Demonstrated strong academic performance
  • Have the right to work in Canada
