Celebrate the end of term with Destress Through Creativity, a welcoming space to unwind, meet new friends and express yourself through creative play. Join us for either session or come to both. Snacks will be provided.

Choose from two circle times:

  • Mindfulness Circle: Nov 25 from 4:30 p.m. – 5:20 p.m. (optional social 5:20 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
  • Live Awake Circle: Nov 26 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (optional social 4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

These sessions offer a chance to relax and recharge during a busy time of year. Engage in simple, creative activities designed to ease stress, spark joy and support emotional well-being. Whether you enjoy drawing, crafting, or exploring art in a low-pressure environment, this is a space to breathe, connect and reset.

This event is part of Open Circle, a welcoming student community at McMaster that provides safe and respectful spaces for reflection, personal growth, spirituality, mental health and leadership. Open Circle offers Reflection Circles and Courses, mindfulness practices and opportunities to volunteer in Hamilton with other students. By joining, you’ll connect with peers who share a desire for meaning, balance and belonging.
