The Digital Futures Symposium 2025 is inviting DeGroote PhD students to submit extended abstracts for its Graduate Student Research Showcase. This national event will take place at the Ron Joyce Centre in Burlington and brings together graduate students, researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to discuss digital transformation, innovation, and society.
Key details for submission:
- Submit an extended abstract of 500–750 words.
- Deadline for submission is August 5.
- Presentation options include a five minute oral talk with Q&A or a poster presentation.
- Topics can cover areas such as digital equity and inclusion, AI implications, digital ethics, data governance, workforce transformation, sustainable digital transformation, innovation management, research methods, and case studies in digital transformation.
Participants will benefit from peer-reviewed feedback, published proceedings, and optional mentorship sessions with senior scholars.
