Students are invited to participate in the Digital Innovation Challenge Case Competition (DICC), hosted by the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. This annual event brings together students from diverse disciplines, including business, engineering, computer science, and data analytics – to tackle a real-world digital innovation case that challenges their creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
Important details:
- The Virtual Preliminary Round will take place on Saturday, February 7, followed by the In-Person Final Round on Friday, March 20, at the University of Calgary.
- The top six teams from the virtual round will advance to compete in Calgary for the finals.
- Registration closes on January 11, 2026. Students may register individually or in teams of up to four.
- If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at entrepreneurship@haskayne.ucalgary.ca.
Last year’s competition welcomed teams from universities across Canada and beyond, offering students a unique opportunity to showcase their skills, connect with peers and industry professionals, and gain hands-on experience in digital innovation. We’re excited to continue expanding participation this year and would love for your students to join us.
