Are you an effective communicator, strong planner, and process builder? Are you an MBA student in the Full-Time or Co-op Program graduating in June 2026? DeGroote is seeking two part-time Program Coordinators with strong project management skills to support the 2025 DeGroote Leadership Development Program (DLDP) and provide limited operational support for the MBA Ambassador Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DLDP project planning and scope alignment
  • Student Ambassador recruitment event support (logistics, planning, staffing)
  • DeGroote Leader recruitment (virtual and in-person)
  • Leader communications, onboarding, and training
  • Skill and leadership development sessions
  • Onboarding Week support
  • DeGroote Leader Thank You Dinner / Focus Group
  • Year-end wrap-up and transition package for 2027

What You’ll Gain
