What you need to know:
- If you are declaring a minor, you will need to do so in Mosaic by October 17. You can do so via the Minor & Certificate tile on Mosaic.
- Not able to attend the ceremony? You must submit your request to defer convocation by November 14 via the Request to Defer Attendance at Convocation form.
- If you require your diploma for immigration or employment purposes, prior to convocation, please submit your request for early conferral via Service Requests and complete the Convocation Forms tile on Mosaic.
- If you want to have your name on your diploma changed, you must submit the request no later than October 24.
