As the summer term progresses, students should keep several key academic dates in mind to ensure a smooth experience.
Important dates:
- June 30: The last day for summer class enrollment. Please note that classes are cancelled this day for everyone to enjoy the long weekend.
- July 1: There are no classes for the Canada Day holiday.
- July 7: Students will be able to drop courses without penalty. Students can also switch their schedules and courses this day.
- July 23: The last day for withdrawing from courses without failure by default.
- August 4: There will be no classes held in observance of the statutory holidays.
Please note, the Student Services (SS) team cannot enroll students in a closed section of a course. The SS team encourages you to monitor Mosaic. If your preferred course or core opens up, then you may enroll in it at that time. There are no wait lists for Commerce classes. Learn more on the Office of the Registrar Dates and Deadlines page.
