An excellent opportunity to showcase your work to a high-level audience of policymakers, industry leaders and researchers in the Canadian nuclear sector has opened up. Hosted by the Office of the VPR and the Planetary Health Initiative, the Nuclear Renaissance 2.0 conference will take place on October 16, which will explore the vital role of nuclear energy in Canada’s net-zero future.

You are invited to submit your research as posters to present to a panel of industry experts for a chance to win awards for the top posters.

Research submissions must align with one of the following core conference themes:

  • Energy Transition: Nuclear Energy as a Pillar of the Low-Carbon Transition
  • Sustainable Finance: Financing the Nuclear Future: Investment Models, Risk, and Opportunity
  • Sustainable Supply Chain: Securing the Nuclear Supply Chain: Resilience, Localization, and Strategic Planning
  • Public Policy: Policy, Perception, and Power: Governing Nuclear in the Net-Zero Era
  • Indigenous: Indigenous Energy Sovereignty in the Nuclear Transition
  • Training: Building the Workforce for a Net-Zero Nuclear Future
