Lime Connect: Apply to the 1st Year Discovery Program

What you need to know!

• We are excited to launch the Lime Connect Discovery Program: A First-Year Experience, designed especially for students with disabilities transitioning to the university setting.
• As a first-year student with a disability*, Lime Connect offers a community of people with the shared experience of navigating their academic, personal, and professional lives with all types of disabilities.
• Lime Network members also develop connections for professional development, gain access to career tools that help build skills, and ultimately build confidence in navigating life as a person with a disability.​

As a Discovery Program participant, you are invited to participate in a 5-part series of virtual workshops that include:

1. Making a smooth transition to college/university
2. Tips for creating a polished resume
3. Creating a “stand out” LinkedIn profile
4. How to prepare for effective interviewing & networking
5. Whether, when and how to talk about your disability
