Mindful Living: Yoga and Reflection Event | Mar 4

Take time for self-care and connection at Mindful Living: Yoga and Reflection, part of Open Circle’s Mindfulness Circle. This event is part of Open Circle, a welcoming student community at McMaster that creates safe and respectful spaces for reflection, personal growth, spirituality, mental health, and leadership.

Enjoy a free guided yoga and meditation session led by guest instructor Cheryl Fenn. This session offers a supportive space to de-stress, stretch, and recharge in the midst of a busy term.

Following the yoga practice, engage in guided reflection and conversation with other students who are cultivating mindful habits. Share ideas, build connections, and leave with practical tools to support balance and well-being in daily life.

Important details:

  • Join us on Wednesday, March 4, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an optional social and snacks from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Mats will be available.
  • Space is limited, and registration is required. Please register only if you can commit to attending, so that you do not take a space from someone else.
