OPS Leaders Tips: Week 2: Insights from Daniel Anyim

The DeGroote MBA Operations Management Club is excited to bring you Week 2 of OPS Leaders Tips, which is a weekly series highlighting advice from MBA alumni working across the operations space. This week, they are spotlighting Daniel Anyim (DeGroote MBA’25), Sales and Operations Specialist at Danone, who offers valuable insight into how technology is reshaping the field of operations.

“Operations is rapidly evolving with advancements in automation, AI, and global supply chain integration, demanding agility and innovative thinking. Prospective MBAs should focus on building strong analytical, digital, and cross-functional leadership skills to stay ahead.
