It’s such a solid way to get real experience without needing a stacked resume first. You work on real projects with real companies, build actual skills, and gain confidence in how you show up in a work setting.

- If you’re a student who wants experience that actually means something, this is a great place to start. No pressure, no experience needed. Just jump in and learn by doing. It would be great to see some more McMaster representation with the employers that participate.
