Becoming a year representative is a great way to get involved in the DeGroote Commerce Society, especially if you are not quite sure what role or club you would like to be a part of! As a year rep, you will be joining the DCS through a rotational program that allows you to spend 3-6 weeks on each portfolio (presidential, internal, external, HR, academic, marketing, technology, advocacy/EDI, finance, and operations). You will spend time collaborating with your fellow representatives and executive members to lead large-scale projects and events, while shadowing the roles of the various positions within our organization. This is a great way to meet people within the community and expand your skills.
