Get a taste of the DeGroote classroom through a series of guest lectures exploring timely topics in business, technology and the Canadian economy.
- People, work, and organizations in the age of AI, Professor Baniyelme Zoogah. Explore how artificial intelligence is changing the way people learn, communicate and contribute at work, how it is transforming jobs and workplaces, and how organizations can use AI while considering ethics, privacy and employee well-being.
- Fighting on all fronts: how to grow Canada’s economy, Professor Will Huggins. What can Canada do to address its long-term economic growth challenges? This session will introduce some of the factors behind Canada’s economic performance and explore the kinds of policies and attitudes that may be needed to keep Canada an attractive place to live and work.
